Moreton provided quantity surveying and project management support for this gated residential development in Naromoru, Nyeri County. The scheme comprises multiple contemporary two-storey villas, each with rooftop entertainment terraces, solar-ready roofing, secure perimeter walling and fully landscaped grounds. Our role covered cost planning and estimation, procurement support and on-site coordination to keep the development on programme and within budget.
