Project Overview

Moreton is providing quantity surveying and project management support for this retreat centre development in Naromoru, Nyeri County. The scheme comprises villa-style guest accommodation blocks, each with rooftop entertainment terraces, solar-ready roofing, secure perimeter walling and fully landscaped grounds. Our role covers cost planning and estimation, procurement support and on-site coordination to keep the development on programme and within budget.
